Tissues are so last year.

innisfree is back with its biggest environmentally-friendly initiative: the annual Eco-Hankie Campaign.

Advocating for the use of reusable handkerchiefs over disposable tissues, the movement is all about protecting our forests through education and heightened awareness.

Like your KeepCup and reusable shopping bag, it’s yet another way to make your everyday life greener.

To aid the campaign, the brand has produced three illustrated hankies. Each one depicts a different way to be joyful and environmentally responsible – including using less plastic and saying no to disposable bags.

These hankies will be given away to customers who purchase any limited-edition Eco-Hankie skincare products.

Best-sellers like the Green Tea Seed Serum, Green Tea Balancing Lotion, My Makeup Micellar Cleanser and Green Tea Lip Balm will be upsized and packaged to match the hankie range.

If you spend over $90 in-store, you’ll also receive an Eco-Hankie Campaign tote bag.

The initiative launches in Australia on June 1.
