Kim Kardashian is being sued over the design of her newest fragrance

Awkward vibes all ’round.

Another day, another scandal involving the Kardashians. This time, Kim is facing a lawsuit over the design of her newest fragrance, Kimoji Vibes.

Released earlier this week, the Kimoji Vibes perfume allegedly looks very similar to a logo trademarked by marketing company Vibes Media.

Both include a speech bubble with the word ‘vibes’.

According to TMZ, the marketing company is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction to stop selling the fragrance. This could mean that all unsold perfume would be destroyed.
