Her secret to no-makeup makeup and really good brows.
I’m a notoriously nosy person when it comes to products. I want to know whether you double cleanse at night, and if so which cleansers you use. I want to know if there’s some special hair contraption or pair of tweezers that have (hyperbole warranted) changed your life. I want to know what curl definer you use and which lip balm you swear by.
But my interest in products doesn’t just pertain to the world of beauty – I’m always eager to hear about an air fryer that someone loves so much they’ve convinced their entire extended family to get one, or a laptop stand that’s corrected their posture and improved their quality of life by at least 25 per cent.

In short, j’adore products. This is why I’ve asked some of our favourite Australian beauty and skincare influencers for their top three products, AKA the products they simply cannot live without. The scope is broad – it can genuinely be any three products, as long as they’re the three they value the most.

How did you first discover this product?
I was on the hunt for something that would soothe my skin when it was being its most irritable during cancer treatment. It is a godsend.
What is it, what does it do and why do you love it?
It’s a serum, but not your average serum. Cancer has left my skin feeling somewhat lacklustre, almost permanently, so this is my holy grail in a bottle. It has some fantastic ingredients like niacinamide to refine skin tone but also support a healthy skin barrier, caffeine to reduce puffiness and hyaluronic acid for that much needed hydration boost. It does it all and my skin drinks! It! Up!
Where can we find it and who would you recommend it to?
For anyone who needs a little skin pick me up. It was designed for skin that’s stressed – not only from skin concerns, but everyday life. It’s like a cup of tea, but for your skin! You can buy it at Adore Beauty.

How did you first discover this product?
I saw someone rave about it for the ‘no-makeup makeup look’ which is right up my alley. I love skin looking like skin, but with a tiny bit of coverage. So, I just HAD to try it and ever since… I’m a convert. It will forever be in my makeup bag.
What is it, what does it do and why do you love it?
It’s a foundation that isn’t a foundation. In short: it’s a water tint. I know, that sounds slightly insane but trust me on it. It gives you this beautiful, illuminate complexion that looks natural, and it feels luxurious. Bonus points: the brush it comes with is lovely. I always get compliments on my skin when I’ve got it on.

It’s for anyone who wants to achieve that glow with minimal effort. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it’s so worth it. You can buy it at any Chanel stockist.

How did you first discover this product?
As a girl who loves her brows, I have tried ALL the products. This is the one I keep coming back to.
What is it, what does it do and why do you love it?
It’s a brow gel that keeps those babies in their lane. I love a good brushed up, full brow look and this product does just that. It goes on clear and holds my brows all day long, giving that natural combed look. I carry it with me everywhere. Seriously – you won’t find me without it.
