| location: | Collingwood |
| work type: | Full-time |

Role Description
ORB Oils is a fragrance and body oil brand changing the way people experience scent — thoughtful, fun, wearable, and designed for everyday rituals. We partner with like-minded retailers who value quality, storytelling, and products that earn their place on shelf as well as positioning ourselves in the streetstyle and youth market space.
Orb Oils is a Melbourne-based brand built by a small, hands-on team with global ambition. While our roots are local, we are actively growing internationally, with Australia remaining a core market.
We have an established Australian wholesale business that, with focused attention and strong relationships, could scale quite quickly. This is our first dedicated Account Manager role — offering the opportunity to help shape how wholesale works at ORB Oils.
With the right results and approach, there is genuine scope to grow this role across regions, accounts or adjacent functions as the brand scales.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow our wholesale presence across Australia — someone who loves being on the road, building real relationships, and representing a premium brand with confidence and authenticity with an existing network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new wholesale stockists aligned with the Orb Oils brand
- Managing and growing existing accounts through regular contact, store visits, and strategic support
- Educating retailers on Orb Oils — our products, ingredients, rituals, and new launches
- Driving sell-through by supporting visual merchandising, staff education, and in-store storytelling
- Acting as the voice of our retailers by feeding insights and feedback into product development
- Supporting the rollout of new product lines with confidence and clarity
KEY SKILLS
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly and meet retailers face-to-face
- Experience with small to medium, premium brands in beauty, lifestyle, fragrance or accessories
- A passion for products that are changing or elevating their category
- Strong relationship-building skills and natural brand representation ability
- Confidence selling, educating and storytelling
- Strong skills in Account Management and Wholesale operations
- Proven experience in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and pursue business growth opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
- Knowledge of the beauty industry or prior experience in a similar sector is an advantage
- Ability to create clear financial KPI’s for growth and report back to Directors
