• Administrative and executive support including general department administration and office functions
• Answering incoming enquires via telephone, email and social media
• Assisting the team with production duties as required
• Booking and managing logistics from suppliers and managing staff rosters
• General assistance to management as required, organising travel and meeting diaries, research for projects and collections
• Managing the internal database, general data entry, emails, text and social media.
• Planning social media, marketing emails & messages
• Organising parades and studio events/collection launches
• Managing daily office functions (eg. reception, kitchen duties; stationery & supplies etc)

KEY SKILLS

• 3+ years relevant experience in a similar position
• Superior customer service skills, with the ability to nurture customer relationships
• High level of experience using work, outlook and excel. Shopify & Indigo 8 experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Methodical approach, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to successfully mult-task and contribute to a dynamic team environment
• Skilled at planning, implementing and delivering projects to satisfactory completion
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively while effectively time management and the ability to prioritise
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• A demonstrated ability to assimilate into a fast-paced culture
• Maintaining the highest level of personal and studio presentation standards
