Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Marketing Coordinator to be the right hand to our Head of Brand. You’ll play a key role in keeping the brand machine running – writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating projects, and supporting the creative team to bring marketing campaigns to life. If you love bringing structure to creative work, enjoy writing, and have strong attention to detail, this is the perfect role to grow your marketing career in the fashion and ecommerce space.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand coordination role (fashion, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred).
- Proven ability to write clear, compelling briefs and manage creative ticketing systems (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills with strong proofreading ability.
- Meticulous attention to detail—you pick up what others might miss.
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Confident using Google Workspace; experience with Klaviyo or CMS tools is a plus.
- A natural organiser who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in fashion, branding, and thoughtful design.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, detailed creative briefs for digital and printed collateral across all Bared channels—including email, social, website, POS, store screens, signage, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure briefs are well scoped, prioritised and delivered on time.
- Keep the creative workflow running smoothly across day-to-day marketing activity and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain the master marketing calendar, tracking campaign launches, deadlines, and internal milestones.
- Assist in coordinating campaign assets, including collating product info, UGC, reviews, and imagery for emails, social, paid ads and more.
- Provide general ad-hoc support across the wider marketing team as needed—including internal requests, documentation, and asset management.
- Assist in the weekly email process, from drafting content outlines to collating assets and reviewing sends before launch.
- Coordinate campaign assets and updates across EDMs, segmented emails, and automated flows in line with the seasonal calendar.
- Write, edit and proof short-form marketing copy across emails, product highlights, campaign blurbs, collection descriptions, and internal collateral.
- Maintain supporting website content, including promotional landing pages, collection bios, product features and site-wide updates.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and high attention to detail across all written content.
- Assist in compiling weekly marketing performance reports and supporting post-campaign wrap-ups.
- Help track asset usage and engagement across channels to inform future content planning.
- Create and manage Jira tickets for the marketing and creative teams, assigning tasks to designers, copywriters, and content producers.
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to ensure in-store creative is aligned with marketing campaigns and launches.
