Role Description
Bayse Brand is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our Melbourne-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital culture to grow within a fast-paced, female-led business.
As part of our in-house marketing team, you’ll work closely with our Creative Coordinator and Creative Director to bring the Bayse brand to life across social platforms – from concept to execution. We’re after someone with a strong understanding of social media, a natural eye for content, and the confidence to contribute fresh ideas daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content that reflects Bayse Brand’s aesthetic and values across all social platforms.
- Take ownership of TikTok creation: filming, editing, and posting engaging content featuring BTS moments, team culture, and daily business life. Must be confident both behind and in front of the camera.
- Support Instagram content planning and creation, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand identity.
- Monitor social trends and adapt content accordingly to stay relevant, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
- Assist in managing additional platforms including LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Work collaboratively with the Creative Coordinator to support and execute a cohesive social and marketing strategy.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring all content is timely, polished, and on-brand.
