The Boutique Stylists at Henne play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey. This role will deliver elevated one-on-one styling experiences, cultivate meaningful relationships, and build a loyal client community. This Boutique Stylist blends creativity with commercial focus, combining styling expertise with relationship-driven sales to ensure every client feels confident, inspired, and deeply connected to the Henne brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct boutique styling sessions, providing each client with a personalised and elevated experience that reflects Henne’s brand values.
- Build and grow a personal client book, curating strong, long-term relationships through consistent, thoughtful service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Henne’s values and the Henne Way of Selling in every interaction.
- Build, manage, and maintain the boutique’s VIP database, ensuring client information, purchase history, and styling preferences are accurate and up to date.
- Proactively engage with VIP clients through personalised communication, styling invitations, and exclusive events to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
- Set and achieve individual KPIs related to styling sessions, VIP sales, and client growth.
- Provide insights and feedback on client needs, product performance, and opportunities to the wider team.
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, styling techniques, and industry insights to inspire and advise clients.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all collections, including fabrications, fits, and styling versatility, to deliver expert advice during every appointment.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team, contributing to overall styling and sales success across the boutique.
- Partner with Store Managers and the wider retail team to integrate styling sessions into the overall client journey, enhancing engagement and sales
KEY SKILLS
- 2+ years’ experience in personalised styling, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
- Strong styling expertise with a passion for fashion and awareness of latest trends.
- Genuine interest in and passion for the Henne brand, values, and aesthetic.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and grow a VIP client base.
- Commercially minded with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales/KPI targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using CRM tools to manage client data and outreach.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
