Role Description
ZIMMERMANN is excited to share an opportunity to join our Brand and Content team as the Brand and Content Sample Assistant. This is an entry-level, full-time position based at our Head Office / Warehouse in Rosebery, NSW.
Reporting to the Brand and Content Director, the Brand and Content Sample Assistant will work closely with our Brand and Content and Design team to coordinate our Sample Management process based on our Seasonal Collections. This includes planning for Seasonal Shows and Shoots send-outs, Seasonal Collection send-outs to internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the archiving process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day sample process for the Brand and Content and Design team.
- Coordinate all seasonal, archival, and vintage samples.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal team members such as our Founders, the Design Department as well as external partners, including our PR Agencies globally.
- Coordinate seasonal sample distribution to key departments and PR Agencies
- Maintain structure and organisation of the Brand and Content and Design sample areas in the Euston Road Warehouse and 120 Dunning Warehouse
- Collection and management of Vintage archiving
KEY SKILLS
- An eye for luxury products and strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated experience with sales, stock management, and allocations.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems such as AP21 is highly regarded.
- Has a strong work ethic; can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Is highly organised and can work to strict and often conflicting timelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
