Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the Growth Bomb marketing team. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up on social every day, working across content, community and creators.
Part-time casual, 2 days per week in our South Yarra office. Ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience who is creative, organised and always across what’s trending.
As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll provide hands-on support across social, content and community, acting as a Growth Bomb brand ambassador and partnering with teams including Marketing, Creative and Brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Partnerships & Content Manager to support our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, delivering campaigns, product launches and key brand moments
- Manage the social content calendar, keeping every post on brand, on time and aligned with campaign priorities
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and social copy, staying across trends and cultural moments to keep our content fresh
- Help create and edit social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories and UGC, and repurpose assets across channels
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs and mentions, and sharing customer insights with the wider marketing team
- Support influencer gifting, seeding and creator campaigns
- Keep our content organised and assist with paid social assets where needed
- Bonus points for: TikTok-first content, basic photo/video editing, Canva, CapCut or Adobe skills, influencer experience, paid social knowledge, or a background in beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle.
