Role Description
Bye Bambi is seeking a creative and highly organised Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our online presence across multiple platforms.
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.). The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to help grow our brand awareness and foster an engaged and exciting online community.
We’re seeking a candidate who not only has a deep passion for our brand, but also thrives on contributing out of the box ideas and bringing innovative concepts to life. The ideal person will be highly motivated, proactive, and ready to take ownership of social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and relevant content (images + video) for all social media channels, ensuring it aligns with Bye Bambi’s branding and voice.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements that drive engagement and connect with our audience.
- Photo Shoot Planning & Execution: Develop creative photo shoot concepts, create detailed briefs, and oversee photo shoots to ensure high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
- Social Media Strategy: Development and execution of social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, outreach to, and build relationships with influencers, coordinating content collaborations to expand brand reach and engage new audiences.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with followers to maintain positive relationships and build community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest new tactics to keep the company’s content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Paid Social Media: Assist in managing paid social media campaigns and ads to help achieve business goals and KPIs.
