Role Description
Brie Leon is a considered everyday accessories brand, and we are looking for a dynamic and driven Wholesale Sales Executive to join our team. This exciting role is focused on managing and expanding our account base, utilising your passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive attitude to maximise and efficiently process orders. The position is based at our soon to be head office in Surry Hills, NSW, with flagship retail store. Opportunities for national and international travel as the brand grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process all orders, ensuring they are invoiced, packed, and dispatched on time through our 3rd Party Warehouse.
- Set and achieve stretch seasonal budgets and KPIs across the wholesale channel to maximise sales revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing revenue growth which a strong focus on our Major accounts – David Jones and The Iconic.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal reports.
- Conduct regular range presentations with existing and potential clients (in both showroom and on the road settings).
- Create and implement strategic plans to grow the overall brand and client base.
- Provide structured feedback to the product team on styling, range performance, market trends, and sales opportunities.
- Manage interstate agents through consistent communication on sales strategies, product feedback, and driving repeat sales.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or footwear industry.
- Positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for the Brie Leon brand.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational, written, and communication skills for reporting and administration.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Proven experience in increasing and optimising sales, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Flexibility to travel across NSW and interstate as required.
- Extensive knowledge of domestic and international retail markets.
- Understanding of sustainable business practices and alignment with Brie Leon’s core values.
