Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Relationship & eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations alongside the eCommerce Manager for Simone Pérèle. This role is responsible for managing CRM relationships, supporting loyalty program growth, uploading and maintaining products, and assisting with ongoing website and marketplace operations.
You will work closely with the eCommerce and marketing team to ensure strong customer engagement, accurate product execution across Simone Perele ecom and marketplaces, and increased operational performance across our Simone Pérèle site and our online marketplaces.
The role is full time however can be part time (4 days per week) if required. The role is based in our office in Brunswick, with hybrid working arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the eCommerce Manager on the overall strategy and KPI growth of the loyalty program, database and internal systems
- Daily management of the CRM platform and customer database
- Build, test and schedule CRM campaigns
- Coordinate customer loyalty program, including:
- Tier and member management
- Points allocation, rewards setup, and redemptions
- Supporting loyalty communications and campaign rollouts
- Tracking loyalty growth metrics such as member sign-ups, engagement, and repeat purchase rates
- Maintain product uploads and content to the Simone Pérèle website
- Support promotional activity including banners, messaging, and sale setup
- Conduct regular website quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with product uploads and ongoing maintenance on all marketplace platforms
- Ensure product data, imagery, pricing, and categorisation meet marketplace standards
- Support promotional activity including seasonal sales, campaigns, and trading events
- Perform routine audits to ensure content accuracy and compliance
KEY SKILLS
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Yotpo, Klaviyo & Netsuite)
- Proficient experience with Shopify
- Experience with loyalty programs or customer retention strategies highly regarded
- Previous experience in eCommerce or online retail operations
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as David Jones or The Iconic is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
