As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the voice of Hommey to our customers – the person who brings the Hommey experience to life. From product questions to order updates, returns and everything in between, you’ll help deliver clear, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful support.
You’ll work closely with our Customer Experience Manager to develop your skills, contribute to a high-performing support function, and ensure customers feel valued every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and order updates
- Provide product knowledge and personalised advice
- Share insights to improve FAQs and customer experience
KEY SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Friendly, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable with tech and detail-oriented
- 1+ years in customer support (eCommerce or retail ideal)
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7
