Role Description
We’re a growing Australian lingerie and loungewear brand known for creating beautiful, feminine pieces with personality. We’re passionate about storytelling, building a strong brand world, and connecting with our community through content that feels fun, cheeky, and on-brand.
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Content Coordinator to plan, design, and create content that brings our brand to life across social media, our website, and digital ads.
This is a part-time role of approximately 22–24 hours per week. This could look like 3 full days or 4 shorter days, depending on what works best.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work and wants stable, ongoing hours without the pressure of full-time. Maybe you’re a freelancer looking for a consistent anchor role, or a designer/creator who prefers the balance of part-time work while still being part of a team. We’re looking for someone genuinely happy with part-time hours and excited to grow with us in this capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organise our Instagram feed strategically, creating engaging reels and carousel posts that go beyond just aesthetics.
- Design graphics for social media, website, and digital ads.
- Edit short-form videos for Meta ad campaigns (basic editing, cutdowns).
- Ensure content aligns with launches, sales, and brand storytelling.
- Work independently to deliver polished, on-brand assets without heavy revision.
KEY SKILLS
- 2-4 years experience in digital design, content creation, or social media marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma).
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- An eye for brand aesthetics, detail, and what works in digital marketing.
- Ability to plan content strategically, not just visually.
- Highly organised, able to manage content schedules and deadlines.
