This exciting role puts you at the heart of our international digital campaigns, managing everything from start to finish across paid channels for our markets. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll create and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, spark engagement, grow our customer base, and build loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid channel strategies across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting.
- Brief and execute creative assets for all paid ads in collaboration with brand and creative services.
- Weekly digital channel reporting against key performance metrics and ongoing optimisations of digital campaigns
- Digital agency liaison and leading weekly BAU meetings
- Audience targeting strategy for all digital campaigns, continually evolving and identifying new test audiences for our channels
- Work in collaboration with CRM and loyalty team to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty through paid channels
- Execute A/B testing and drive improvements to digital performance through test and learn approach
- Identify new channel or supplier opportunities that support the digital marketing objectives.
- Implement lead generation strategies to deliver database growth.
- Implement reach & consideration campaigns to grow brand awareness.
KEY SKILLS
- 1-2 years of proven success in a similar digital role
- Knowledge of paid digital channels, especially paid search and paid social
- Prior experience managing multi-channel paid digital campaigns
- Experience using data analytics and insights analytics tools, including Google Analytics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player with ability to develop relationships with cross functional teams and external partners
