Role Description
Dinosaur Designs is currently seeking experienced Casual Retail Associates to join our Brisbane team, working across our James Street and Queens Plaza store locations.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fashion or beauty retail, ideally in a high-end or luxury environment.
- A mature, confident approach when engaging with clients.
- A strong sense of personal style and polished presentation.
- Flexibility with rosters, including weekend availability.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team.
- A passion for fashion, design, and exceptional customer service is essential, as you’ll be assisting customers with styling and sales to create memorable experiences.
- Availability: Minimum of three days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Be driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Love retail, jewellery, homewares and people.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Have an eye for detail and enjoy maintaining product displays.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to understand and embrace our company philosophy.
- Be passionate about art and design.
