Role Description
Kloke was established in Melbourne, Australia in 2011 by Amy Gallagher and Adam Coombes. We design with purpose and consideration, placing equal emphasis on form and function, interrogating both so every collection is crafted, refined, and supremely wearable.

An exciting new role has opened up as part of our head office team. This new role will work closely with our General manager and collaboratively with our communications team. This role will be responsible for ensuring product is best managed within our online platform along with support in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, an understanding of digital content, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce experience, from product listings to checkout process, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.
- Customer service communication, responding to enquires, order status, delivery, returns & exchanges
- Enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience across various online channels.
- Writing and checking copy for all online products.
- Merchandising product online to maximise sales potential.
- Manage and optimise the Shopify platform to maximise sales and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, assisting in creation of compelling campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyse data, and generate insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners involved in e-commerce operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- BA in Marketing an advantage
- Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years experience working in e-commerce, preferably with the fashion industry.
- Expertise in Shopify, Gorgias and Klaviyo
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to understand data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer centric approach.
- Ability to prioritse tasks and work within a small team.
