We’ve got some exciting projects in the pipeline and looking for freelance designers who are interested in working with us on ad-hoc projects and work as they become available. Work will be within the technology, product and marketing teams although broader opportunities to support packaging and other areas of the business may arise.
Preferred applicants will be set up as a “preferred supplier” and briefs will be sent out for each piece of work which you can respond to/accept if you have capacity to support us. There may be some flexibility on dates and hours but commitment to each piece of work will be key to project success and securing future work.
Key Responsibilities

We do not expect anyone to have skills in all disciplines but would like you to articulate your strengths and experience. Resumes should be accompanied by your hourly/day rate, your portfolio and a brief overview of your design principles or philosophy. You will also need to disclose any current clients which operate in retail in Australia or NZ so we can discuss how to manage any potential conflicts of interest. Retail and eCommerce experience will be highly regarded.
About Us
Adore Beauty was put on the web way back in April 2000 by self-confessed beauty-junkie Kate Morris. Having grown up in Launceston, Tasmania, Kate lamented that all the hottest beauty products mentioned in magazines were only available to those who lived in big cities.
So Kate innovated! She created an online beauty boutique that would make beauty products accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime and to create a place where customers felt comfortable and in control of their own beauty journey.
Behind the pots of glitter, litres of moisturiser and waterfall of fragrance sits a sturdy suite of technology, marketing strategies & campaigns, products, data, customer experience and they’re ever growing, award-winning and the heart of our e-commerce business.
