As an eCommerce Coordinator at Henne, you will play a key role in updating and optimising our online store. You will be responsible for commercial website content, ensuring timely and accurate uploading of all product & campaign assets to site, the setup and testing of all promotional events, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure a seamless customer experience through issue troubleshooting. Your work directly impacts our online performance and customer satisfaction, making this a highly collaborative role. This is an ideal entry level role for an individual who has a positive attitude, strong sense of urgency and is an excellent team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, creative) to gather and verify product information and availability.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and implement UX improvements.
- Partner with the Digital Specialist to optimise website navigation and product filters to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Assist Customer Care in troubleshooting issues as reported by customers or team members.
- Strategically arrange product listings and collections to maximise discoverability and sales performance.
- Monitor and implement seasonal changes and campaign-specific product arrangements.
- Track stock availability and communicate low-stock or out-of-stock situations to relevant teams.
- Assist in the setup of back-in-stock alerts and pre-order campaigns.
- Maintain and update operational information on site such as store hours, FAQs, delivery delays, etc.
- Assist the digital marketing team in launching online campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure promotional banners, campaign content, and product pricing are updated accurately and timely.
- Assist the brand marketing team on eCommerce shoots when required
KEY SKILLS
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, customer care or fashion retail.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CMS tools, and digital asset management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of digital customer behaviour.
- Positive, solutions focused attitude.
