Role Description
We are a Melbourne Jewellery brand known for our handmade, quality and affordable pieces. We are looking for a talented and results-driven Paid Performance Manager to join our team and lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Klaviyo. If you’re passionate about jewellery and all things Meta and Google, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Advertising (Facebook and Instagram): Plan, create, and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions. Continuously monitor ad performance and tweak campaigns to improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS). Be proactive with creative testing, including writing creative briefs or creating the content yourself if necessary.
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping): Manage Google Search and Shopping campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to our e-commerce site.
- Klaviyo (Email and SMS Marketing): Develop and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo to nurture leads and drive sales. Segment lists, personalise messages, and optimise FLOWS (welcome series, abandoned cart, etc.).
- Collaboration and Strategy: manage our in-house content creators for the Most engaging organic content and schedule in content.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to align digital marketing campaigns with brand messaging and seasonal promotions.
