Role Description
Goodbyes is a resale service and secondhand shopping experience. We provide a way for you to shop and sell pre-loved clothing locally, minimising your environmental impact at the same time.
In store you’ll find local Australian and New Zealand labels, international designers, unique vintage and well-made basics.
ROSTER
As a casual employee, you are engaged on an hourly basis with a minimum shift length of 3 hours. Please note there is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work.
Possible days of work include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
As a casual team member, you help bring the Goodbyes brand to life through visually compelling content, executing the creative vision set by the Head of Marketing (creative lead). This role focuses on delivering high-quality, brand-aligned content within an established creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
CONTENT PRODUCTION
- Capture high-quality photo and video content.
- Edit short-form videos for use across Instagram and TikTok.
- Ensure all content aligns with the Goodbyes brand’s visual identity, tone, and storytelling style.
CREATIVE COLLABORATION
- Creative Collaboration.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing (creative lead) to execute content ideas and briefs.
- Assist with styling, prop sourcing, and shoot logistics.
- Support content creation involving team members and community participants.
ORGANISATION AND DELIVERY
- Organise and deliver final assets to the marketing team by agreed deadlines.
- Maintain an efficient, well-prepared approach to shoots and post-production workflows.

EMPLOYMENT AND PAY
- Hourly Base Rate: $38.00 (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
- Casual Employment: Miscellaneous Award 2020 – Level 3.
- Penalty rates apply on weekends and public holidays in line with the Miscellaneous Award.
