Role Description
As the Graphic Designer, Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print marketing channels. Reporting to the Creative & Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Content Manager and Digital Marketing team to produce high-quality, engaging designs that resonate with our audience.
You will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of brand identity, and a passion for creating compelling visual assets that drive brand engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social media, EDMs, website, and print.
- Design engaging and on-brand visuals for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other paid marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all visual assets are optimized for performance.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce team to design website banners, landing pages, and product visuals.
- Designing seasonal sales catalogues and look books.
- Assisting in conceptualizing and producing product photoshoots and studio product imagery.
- Imagery post-production and asset management.
- Create high-quality graphics, animations, and motion content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Work with the Content Manager to develop eye-catching visual storytelling across social channels.
- Adapt global marketing campaigns for the Australian audience with localized creative assets.
- Maintain and evolve the brandâs visual identity to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Develop design templates and guidelines for marketing collateral.
- Keep up with industry trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, on the Art Direction for all touch points.
- Work closely with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Partner with external photographers, videographers, and agencies when required.
- Support event branding and activations through print and digital designs.
KEY SKILLS
- 4+ years of graphic design experience in a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro a plus).
- Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, EDMs, and paid advertising.
- Social content editing â edit reels and short form video
- A strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related marketing and campaign work.
- A deep understanding of visual trends and aesthetics in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
