Role Description
Agence de Parfum is Australia’s premier distributor of luxury niche perfumes and home fragrances. Key Responsibilities
KEY SKILLS
- At least five years of senior ecommerce experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Experience managing direct and third-party marketing channels
- Expertise in overseeing the full ecommerce ecosystem (logistics, sales, marketing, and product management)
- Strong track record in B2C ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty, FMCG, or retail sectors
- Experience in multi-platform ecommerce
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and digital engagement strategies
- Technical expertise in Shopify, including theme customisation, Liquid coding, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret trends and implement data-driven strategies
- Expertise in SEO, UX/UI, online merchandising, and performance marketing to optimise sales performance
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Hotjar, and Google Ads
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven success in driving traffic growth, improving conversion rates, and delivering measurable ecommerce results
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, both internally and externally
