Role Description

We’re looking for a Loyalty Coordinator to join the Country Road Group! As the Loyalty Coordinator for Acquisition and Partnerships, you will work on growing the active member base of loyalty programs across CRG through acquisition of new members and reactivation of dormant members. In this role you will plan, coordinate and execute tactics that not only drive store acquisition but also digital touchpoints as well.
Reporting into the Loyalty Lead, you will work together to create tactics across the customer journey to drive acquisition and make sure they’re valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow member base through planning, coordinating and executing loyalty tactics utilising multiple channels e.g. store network, website testing, partnerships, email etc.
- Support the Loyalty Lead with the development of acquisition strategies to continue to optimise performance.
- Perform analysis with customer data to inform the biggest opportunities and planning of tactics
- Work with our Analytics and Data Science teams to develop reporting and models that spot opportunities.
- Report back on the sales/profit impact of loyalty tactics implemented.
- Contribute to periodic reporting (e.g. quarterly) to the business on acquisition activity
KEY SKILLS
- Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business or marketing.
- Experience in a related role, acquiring new members or growing a membership base e.g. Loyalty, Marketing
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to identify trends and drivers of customer behaviour.
- Experience developing or using analytical methods related to Loyalty, in conjunction with Analytics and Data Science partners.
- Up-to-date knowledge on local and international Loyalty Program trends, or an interest in learning this area.
- Experience in end-to-end BTL campaign management
- Confidence and experience in presenting at meetings with data in a clear way
- Understanding of member databases, personalisation and segmentation.
- Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of a business
