Role Description
This is a rare opportunity to bring Lovaan’s vision and voice to life at a pivotal stage of international expansion. As Marketing Manager, you’ll apply creative clarity, energy and strategic intent across every aspect of our communications, from seasonal campaigns and editorial storytelling to activations and global rollouts.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how the world experiences Lovaan, guiding storytelling across our owned channels, building campaigns that resonate with our customer, and ensuring cohesion between brand, product, and commercial goals.
This is a hands-on role for someone who blends creative intuition with commercial thinking, someone with a sharp visual eye, a deep understanding of cultural trends and customer behaviour, and the ability to translate these into thoughtful, distinctive marketing.
Part-time contract (3–4 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Plan, create, and manage content for campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to shape marketing decisions.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including paid social ads and search.
- Oversee the marketing calendar and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and engagement across DTC and Wholesale Channel.
- Track and report on campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations.
- Manage and mentor two direct reports (Marketing Assistant and Customer Service Coordinator), fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role within retail or fashion, with demonstrated independence.
- Strong understanding of contemporary fashion, both local and international, and a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-focused, and capable of managing responsibilities autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
