Role Description

This is a mat leave cover – maximum term contract 12 months. As the Marketing Executive at MCM House, you play a key role in executing the brand’s marketing strategies and ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence across all channels.
Working closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager, you contribute to the development and implementation of campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Your responsibilities span content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and campaign management, ensuring all initiatives align with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
Key Responsibilities
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION AND BRAND MARKETING
- Support the Brand and Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and creative direction.
- Assist in crafting compelling storytelling across all brand touchpoints, including digital, social, and print.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, gathering insights to inform future strategies.
CONTENT AND DIGITAL MARKETING
- Coordinate and contribute to content creation for social media, EDMs, website, and digital campaigns.
- Work with designers and external collaborators to develop visual assets that reflect the MCM House aesthetic.
- Schedule and publish content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Maintain and update the MCM House image library and marketing assets.
EVENT AND ACTIVATION SUPPORT
- Assist in planning and executing brand activations, in-store experiences, and industry events.
- Liaise with external vendors, stylists, and media partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Support influencer and PR initiatives by coordinating partnerships and tracking performance.
PROJECT STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION
- Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all projects and campaigns stay on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and e-commerce, to ensure alignment across departments.
- Manage relationships with digital and PR agencies, photographers, and content creators.
REPORTING AND OPTIMISATION
- Track and analyse marketing performance across digital channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Brand & Marketing Manager to optimise future campaigns.
