The Online Warehouse Coordinator and Customer Care Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the efficient movement of stock and delivery of a seamless customer experience across all fulfilment touchpoints. This is a part-time position structured across 20 hours per week, worked over 5 days (4 hours per day), and is based on-site in Darling Point.

This role is primarily responsible for managing online order dispatch, returns and exchanges, and customer care enquiries related to fulfilment. The position also oversees stock consolidation, delivery receipting, and processing stock requests from retail stores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all inventory movements.

In addition, the Warehouse Coordinator supports stocktakes across the online fulfilment space and studio, maintains accurate inventory records, and assists with invoicing and administrative tasks related to dispatch and logistics.

Working closely with the Digital, Retail, and Production teams, this role is integral in maintaining operational efficiency, stock integrity, and a consistent brand experience from warehouse through to customer delivery.
