Role Description
Sisley is a family-owned French luxury Beauty brand, globally recognized for innovation, artistry, and excellence. We are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to shape our brand presence across Australia and New Zealand, building influential relationships and delivering high-impact campaigns and events that bring Sisley’s values to life.
This is a hands-on and strategic role responsible for PR, events, influencer partnerships, and brand ambassadorships. You will connect our community with the world of Sisley, strengthen relationships with media and key stakeholders, and create brand experiences that reinforce our luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy – Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with global and regional direction, tailoring initiatives to the ANZ market.
- PR & Media Relations – Build and maintain strong media, influencer, and partner relationships to secure premium coverage.
- Brand Ambassadors & Influencers – Manage ambassador and influencer programs from scouting to contracts, campaigns, and ROI reporting.
- Event Management – Conceptualize and deliver high-profile press events, customer events, launches, and activations that embody Sisley’s DNA and in-store masterclasses.
- Content & Storytelling – Create compelling press materials, media kits, and campaign briefs. Collaborate with digital teams to co-create impactful campaigns across social and owned platforms.
- Product Seeding & Gifting – Oversee press send-outs and influencer gifting strategies to maximize coverage and advocacy.
- Budget & Reporting – Manage PR budgets effectively, track campaign ROI, and provide regular reporting to local leadership, regional teams, and Paris HQ.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay across industry developments, competitor activity, and consumer insights to ensure Sisley remains competitive and relevant.
- Work closely with Head of Marketing to develop retailer brand 360 strategies & plans.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in PR, communications, within luxury beauty.
- Strong media and influencer networks across ANZ.
- Demonstrated success managing brand ambassadors, influencer campaigns, and events.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and budget control skills.
- Confident communicator with exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for luxury, beauty, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
