Role Description
kikki.K is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Product Coordinator to support our Product Team across end-to-end product development, data integrity, reorders, quality control, and internal communication.

ABOUT YOU
- 2-3 years’ experience in product coordination, product administration, or a similar role.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (design, product development, business, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using D365.
- Product development or design experience (highly desirable).
- Adobe Illustrator skills (highly desirable).
- Strong multitasking ability and experience managing multiple ranges at once.
- Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- A collaborative, proactive working style and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SKU setup and maintenance in D365, ensuring accurate product data and timely purchase order creation and updates.
- Coordinate all incoming samples, courier shipments and business sample requests across Product, Marketing and E-Commerce.
- Support the Production Manager with reorders, supplier onboarding and SKU re-costing.
- Maintain compliance documentation including FSC, testing and chemical reports; support quality issue follow-up with suppliers.
- Assist with product development and sourcing, including packaging updates, new product briefs and supplier coordination.
- Communicate key product updates internally and provide product information to cross-functional teams.
Support shipping and supply chain processes by communicating delays and updating purchase orders as required. - On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
