Role Description
Precision MGMT is a new generation of agency, redefining and disrupting what we’ve come to know and accept as fashion, and management. We look after a range of models, talent, creatives and artists who embrace and embody what our company is all about: being #madedifferent.
We’re looking for a new team member to support our Artist division, focusing solely on building out the commercial brand partnerships for our incredibly talented and dynamic artists.
This is a part time role, 3 day work week.
ABOUT YOU
- 1-2 years experience in Artist/Talent or client-facing roles, marketing, publicity or talent management.
- Proven understanding of Artists – licensing, contracts, usages and pitching opportunities.
- A proven ability to manage a variety of projects, build lasting client relationships, and deliver impactful results.
- Deep knowledge and interest in industry trends and social media strategy, with a forward-thinking approach.
- An exisiting network of clients and trusted brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically guide and manage an assigned roster of 15-20 Artists and developing Talent.
- Manage and negotiate contracts for a variety of projects, from editorial and commercial campaigns to influencer partnerships.
- Build strategy and ideation alongside the team, then deliver and execute!
- Work towards personal KPIs and business objectives.
