Role Description
Celebrating more than 60 years, Carla Zampatti is one of Australia’s leading fashion brands. You will be working within a fully integrated business, spanning design, manufacturing, ecommerce and retail. You will share a passion for Australian fashion with our dynamic and energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative and Buying teams to align creative direction with commercial needs
- Manage to the Critical Path in collaboration with the Production Manager
- Sourcing and ordering of all seasonal fabrications
- Prepare lab-dips, artwork files and contact sheets for seamless factory handover.
- Source and develop custom hardware and leather for accessories
- Oversee briefs and deliverables for external freelance Graphic Designers.
- Balance multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Organise and maintain the internal strike-off library for easy team access.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project tracking skills
- Nurture and expand our offshore supply chain
KEY SKILLS
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in product development or a similar role. Experience in accessories product development is a plus.
