Role Description
We are welcoming applications to join Dinosaur Designs, an internationally renowned name in design, as we celebrate our 40th anniversary this year. We are seeking a seasoned Retail Assistant to join us at Sydney’s prestigious Strand Arcade and Paddington’s vibrant Oxford Street.
If you have a passion for fashion, design and delivering exceptional customer service, with great personal style, this may be the role for you.
The role requires previous experience in a fashion retail environment, as you will assist our customers through styling and sales. The role requires a flexible candidate with a minimum of four days of availability, including weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist our Sydney store teams in upholding our exceptional standards of customer service and store presentation.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated expertise in fashion or design retail customer service sales.
- Be hard working, motivated to meet sales targets and enjoy working in a small team.
- Love working in fast-paced retail space and are passionate about luxury jewellery and homewares.
- Have excellent communication skills, be reliable and the ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Have an eye for detail, enjoy maintaining product displays and takes initiative to ensure these high standards are met in store.
- Have a positive attitude, take great pride in your appearance and the ability to understand and embrace our company philosophy.
- Be passionate about art and design.
