Role Description
Rollas is coming to BONDI – We are looking for a confident, people-first leader who is denim obsessed and keeps their finger on the pulse of the store to bring our brand culture to life. The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, driving commercial success while championing team culture and delivering standout customer experiences. With a deep understanding of denim and fashion retail, they lead with purpose, coach with clarity, and cultivate an environment where style, service, and performance go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding customer experience and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Embrace and represent our brands, by wearing our products to inspire our customers and teams
- Drive and exceed sales results and KPIs through exceptional service, product knowledge and VM execution
- Lead and inspire our team to bring our Rollas brand culture to life
- Maintain and monitor store inventory health whilst driving omni initiatives
- Commercially focussed decision making and clear communication with HO to support the growth of our global brand
