We are entering the next stage of our growth and are seeking an exceptional content and social specialist to strengthen how we build brands, grow audiences and create cultural relevance across multiple channels and projects.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the founder, the role spans content strategy, creative direction, production, editing, publishing, paid social and performance. You will be expected to generate ideas, execute quickly, understand what is working and continually improve the output.

You will ideally bring:
- Five or more years of experience in content, social media, creative production or a related role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating social-first content, audience growth and measurable campaign outcomes.
- Experience developing and executing content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Strong creative concepting, storytelling and visual judgement.
- Hands-on filming and editing skills.
- An understanding of paid social, creative testing and performance reporting.
- Experience working with talent, founders, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, media or culturally relevant consumer brands.
- Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- The ability to balance creative ambition with deadlines, budgets and commercial objectives.
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with founder, talent and senior stakeholders to shape and execute ideas.
- Build and grow brand, founder-led and talent-led social media platforms.
- Create high-quality, culturally relevant content from concept through to shooting, editing, publishing and optimisation.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that drive measurable audience growth across multiple brands, platforms and channels.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process while maintaining speed, consistency and quality.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns using testing, performance data and audience insights.
- Monitor platform trends, audience behaviour and cultural moments to identify timely content opportunities.
- Manage multiple brands, projects and publishing schedules simultaneously.
- Work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Travel as required to support content production, campaigns and key business activities.
