This experienced and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead and scale our performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. This role will work closely with our agency partners, internal creative team, and cross-functional stakeholders to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a passion for uncovering insights that fuel customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for paid campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Oversee audience segmentation and A/B testing to refine targeting and creative approaches.
- You’ve got your finger on the pulse when it comes to new trends, platforms and tactics. You like to give anything a go and either fail fast or scale quick!
- You’ve got experience running large budget campaigns, 6-7 figures per month.
AGENCY MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the primary point of contact for performance marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on goals, budgets, and deliverables.
- Provide direction, feedback, and insights to maximize agency performance.
CREATIVE COLLABORATION
- Partner with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with our audience and align with brand guidelines.
- Share performance insights to inform creative iterations and new ideas.
- You are key driver in us having the best ad creative in Australia.
EMAIL MARKETING SUPPORT
- Collaborate on email marketing strategies to optimize engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Leverage performance data to integrate email marketing with overall growth strategies.
ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
- Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activities to inform strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest experience is a must).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and drive actionable strategies.
- Creativity: Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-impact ad campaigns.
- Agency Management: Proven success in managing relationships with external agencies or consultants.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Passion for Growth: Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to experiment, learn, and scale quickly.
