Role Description
We represent an exciting roster of fashion, outdoor, sport & lifestyle brands. We’re expanding our Sydney showroom team and are looking for a dynamic Showroom Fashion Publicist who lives and breathes fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build meaningful relationships across media, talent, and the wider creative community.
As a Showroom Fashion Publicist, you’ll be the face of our Sydney showroom—managing the always on programs for all clients, sample trafficking, supporting media and stylist requests, and ensuring our clients’ collections are showcased with precision and flair. You’ll work closely with our PR Manager and teams to execute campaigns, drive brand visibility, and maintain the high standard of service The ARC Factory is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and always on client focuses,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stylists, editors, influencers, talent managers, and media
- Coordinate sample loans, returns, and logistics with accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to the development and execution of seasonal PR strategies
- Identify new media, stylist, and influencer opportunities to grow brand visibility
- Pitch trend-based story ideas, product placements, and feature opportunities to media
- Support PR campaigns, events, and brand activations
- Prepare media send-outs, gifting, and press materials
- Assist with reporting, coverage tracking, and client updates
- Represent The ARC Factory with professionalism, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum two years Showroom/PR Agency Fashion Lifestyles Experience
- Strong understanding and established relationships with Australian media, stylists, and influencers imperative.
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional presence
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about fashion, culture, and brand storytelling
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a leading agency
