Role Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stylist is responsible for shaping exceptional shopping experiences for our clientele as the foundation for cultivating meaningful client relationships. Acting as trusted advisors through multi-channels, you will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only Silk Laundry can. The Stylist candidate will foster a positive work environment that embraces Silk Laundry brand values and achieves key company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute personalised and unique styling experiences through providing exceptional customer interactions.
- Cultivate genuine and loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement through omni sales channels.
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs and sell through for all in-store activations by ensuring excellent level of customer experience in line with Silk Laundry brand strategy.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador; develop and continuously elevate your quality of styling through product knowledge, adaptable styling, and seamless execution.
- Support with capsule collection launches, in-store events and social media engagement.
