Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a social-first, beauty-obsessed content gun to join our team. Someone who lives on TikTok, breathes aesthetic IG feeds, and has a sixth sense for what’s trending (before it’s trending).
This role is equal parts creative, fast-paced and fun. You’ll be capturing content, editing it to perfection, owning the posting schedule, and traveling the world with our Founder to bring the brand to life on socials.
As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our brand storytelling, creating, curating, and scheduling content across all platforms. You’ll be the go-to for capturing BTS moments, editing on the fly, jumping on trends before they peak, and, yes, jet-setting with our founder on global brand trips to ensure you capture every moment.
YOU PROBABLY ARE
- The go-to person in your group for “Can you film this?”
- Deep in the beauty space — and obsessed with it.
- A natural storyteller with a scroll-stopping eye.
- Super organized but still wildly creative.
- All over CapCut, Lightroom, Canva and the rest.
- Up for anything, suitcase ready, passport in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own our content calendar and scheduling tools.
- Create, shoot, edit and post content for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Be first to trends and help strategize how we can lead (not follow) them.
- Capture UGC, influencer, campaign and event content.
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to keep things cohesive and exciting.
YOU ARE
- Social media obsessed, beauty and lifestyle content is your home turf.
- A natural content creator, shooting, editing, posting comes second nature.
- Aesthetic and brand savvy with an eye for detail.
- Proactive, creative, and organized.
- Willing and excited to travel globally.
- Skilled with editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Graphic design or copywriting flair.
- Experience in a brand similar role.
