Now, we’re on the lookout for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Specialist to join our Head Office team in Sydney.

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll shape the brand’s voice and visual identity across platforms. From TikTok trends to campaign rollouts, you’ll own content creation and community engagement — ensuring M.J. Bale continues to lead the conversation in men’s style.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & more
- Producing high-quality, on-brand visuals, short-form videos, and compelling copy
- Managing publishing schedules, engagement, and timely responses to our community
- Collaborating with our Creative, Product, eComm, and Retail teams to align messaging
- Working closely with stylists and influencers to expand our digital reach
- Tracking performance and optimising content using Meta, TikTok Analytics and more
- Staying ahead of digital trends and ensuring our content always feels fresh and relevant
KEY SKILLS
- You’re a storyteller, a trendspotter, and a strategist. You understand that social is both an art and a science — and you know how to use both to create impact.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management (fashion or lifestyle brands ideal)
- Proven content creation skills — especially in short-form video (think Reels and TikTok)
- Experience working with influencers and driving authentic collaborations
- Strong visual eye and storytelling ability that aligns with premium branding
- Solid knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A passion for men’s fashion and an understanding of our audience
