Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and sales-focused store Manager with a strong sense of style and a genuine love for fashion to lead our small team in our Surry Hills store.
We’re looking for someone with a strong fashion retail background who can work autonomously and is familiar with the independent fashion brands we carry.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales: Making sure we monthly targets by building genuine connections with our customers.
- Running the show: Looking after the day-to-day operations of the store to keep everything running smoothly. Since we’re a small, family-run business, you’ll be wearing many hats!
- Leading the team: Inspiring and motivating a small team.
- People person: Using your excellent people skills to connect with our customers, cultivate genuine rapport with them, and assist with styling and fashion advice.
- Making it shine: Keeping our store looking amazing with your visual merchandising flair, from window displays to tidy racks.
