Role Description
Yours Only is an Australian made, female founded skin and hair care brand with a passion for health and wellness. The brand was founded off the back of Ashli Templer’s lifelong experience with skin and health conditions, where she couldn’t find anything in the market that suited her sensitive body, and also looked cute on her bathroom vanity. Yours Only launched in August 2020 with two products, CLEAN and COAT, and now have a full multi-use range suitable for the whole family. Based in Richmond, Melbourne, days are spent talking to community members and making friends with like-minded people.
In 2024 Yours Only launched into over 300 Priceline stores nationwide, and is now looking to expand globally. There are big plans for the next 12 months, with an opening for the right person to join the team.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone with a passion for community and customer service, who understands the health and wellness space. If you are prone to having a flare or two, that will give you bonus points. We spend time getting to know each customer individually and provide tailored, genuine advice based on their current lifestyle. This isn’t a typical customer service person, it’s someone who shows empathy, and loves talking to people.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership and respond to customer service emails in a friendly, and approachable manner, using our customer log processes.
- Get to know our community through TikTok, Instagram and Facebook DM’s.
- Respond to each comment across all social media platforms, diving deeper into conversations.
- Problem solve missing orders, and dealing with the Postie and our warehouse team.
- Report to our team on community trends and conversations we can explore.
- Go beyond our current community and reach new people through outreach and engagement.
- Own, grow and maintain the community Facebook page.
- Assist the team in creating content and writing captions across TikTok and instagram.
- Assist the broader team in conceptualising and writing blog posts.
- Pack and send goodies for community members, creators and influencers.
- Be on the forefront of influencers and social media trends.
- Create content briefs for content creators and community members.
WHAT DOES OUR DREAM PERSON LOOK LIKE?
- Available full time Monday – Friday.
- Has strong customer service experience (min 1 years).
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Has experience with all social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Someone who is obsessed with problem solving.
- Bonus points if you understand the skincare space.
- Must have Shopify experience.

This is a hybrid role, where you can work from home (max 3 days per week), and in our office based in Richmond, Melbourne. You are required to be based in Melbourne as we need to shoot content IRL.
