Darwin Street Art Festival Double Exposure Exhibition

Jun 14

City, culture, connection.

Brought to you by the Darwin Street Art Festival, Double Exposure will take over the city for a one-night-only projection event, transforming Darwin’s CBD into an immersive outdoor gallery after dark.

The event will feature mural projections and a two-storey cube with film, photography and digital works. In collaboration with Nairobi, Kenya, it celebrates 60 years of diplomatic ties between Australia and Kenya, supported by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Artworks by Thandiwe Muriu of Kenya and Atong Atem of Melbourne will be shown in both cities. The program also includes young local artists from Launch Darwin, mentorship from Lukas Bendel and mural activations by Shane Eecen of Northern Lights. For more information, head here.
