Gemma Ward unveiled as the face of Prada

A dampened Ward fronts Prada Spring 2015.

After a six year hiatus and surprising the fashion world with her runway return at Prada’s NYFW show (not to mention a handful of magazine covers and starring as the face of Country Road with her completely adorable baby girl), Australian darling Gemma Ward is now fronting the Prada Spring 2015 campaign.

With a similar dampened look to the house’s NYFW show, Ward showcases a smooth-cut brocade dress and chic handbag for the first released image, as shot by Steven Meisel.

Ine Neefs will also star in the campaign alongside one other mystery model, who has not yet been named.
