Vogue Video launches, documents The Minions as cover stars of British Vogue

Lights, camera, action, Vogue.

It’s been a long time coming.

Today Vogue has launched their digital platform Vogue Video, delivering original content made specifically for the publishing giant.

Videos to look forward to include Inside The Wardrobe, a series that will uncover the style secrets of Olivia Palermo, Suki Waterhouse and Lily Allen. There will be a series hosted by goddess on earth, Alexa Chung, that will explore important issues which the fashion industry is facing, as well as a weekly news program and a Beauty School series.

The first taste of Vogue Video comes in the form of a satirical short film hosted by Suzy Menkes (Vogue’s international editor) and focuses on the important role of The Minions (aka those cute yellow fellows in Despicable Me) in fashion.

In the video you will see the famous fashion faces of people such as Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana all chatting about the real powers behind fashion.

We can’t wait to see what comes next.
