Here’s your first look at Donald Glover’s collaboration with adidas

Featuring a mysterious new style.

It’s been a while since adidas revealed it would be working with Donald Glover – aka rapper Childish Gambino.

With nothing but an animated teaser video to go off, fans of both the artist and sneaker brand have spent months wondering what to expect.

Now, thanks to Jemuel Wong, we’ve got our first look at the collaboration. The adidas super-fan revealed what looks like the first style of the collection in a since-deleted Instagram post.

Closely resembling the kicks worn by an animated Glover in the teaser, the shoes are inspired by the brand’s classic ’70s Nizza silhouette.

Along with a distressed cream canvas upper and subtle off-white stripes, the sneakers feature dual-coloured laces, a ridged front bumper and leather heel tab.

adidas is yet to confirm the shoes are part of its collaboration with Glover, or release any further details about the collection.
