Go natural this winter.

It’s all about warmth, comfort and sustainability as Westfield and the Woolmark Company team up for Wool Week Australia.

Completely natural and biodegradable, wool is the most renewable and recyclable fibre available to the apparel industry. Wool Week is all about encouraging designers and consumers to embrace it as an eco-friendly wardrobe option.

Australia produces 90 per cent of the world’s fine apparel wool, so it makes sense to deck yourself head to toe in local-made knitwear this winter.

Partnering up with Woolmark for another year, Westfield is releasing a merino wool-centric fashion and homeware campaign just in time to celebrate Wool Week.

Nine Westfield centres across Australia and New Zealand will also be hosting exclusive Wool Week events and activities.

Included in the program are knitting and interior design workshops, fashion exhibitions and a live knitting installation at Westfield Sydney by artist Natalie Miller.

Iconic Sydney retailer Parlour X has also collaborated with The Woolmark Company, creating a window display that highlights Australian wool fleece and championing the use of Australian Merino wool in international and Australian fashion.

Wool Week runs from May 24 – June 3.
