Karen Walker is bringing back rimless shades like it’s 2003

Rose-coloured glasses.
The story of a dramatic shipwreck inspires Karen Walker’s latest eyewear collection Lost in Paradise.
Picture the designer washed ashore on a tropical island. She trawls through her steamer trunk and the first thing she pulls out is her new sunglasses.
Playing into Walker’s continual theme of wanderlust, the narrative results in an entirely new collection of frames.
Expect squared shapes, strong structured frames and a ’50s-look cat-eye. Softly-tinted rose and blue lenses also feature in the release, while rimless styles offer a nod to the early ‘00s while continuing to push traditional eyewear boundaries.
These lenses are lightweight and intended to be worn all year ’round.
