Who wore what.

For anyone with an eye on Australian fashion, May in Sydney marks two things: the ceremonial debut of anything resembling knitwear, and the familiar march of heels down Eveleigh’s Carriageworks.

To usher in the festivities of the week, our friends at Espolòn Tequila teamed up with the Second Life Markets to host an expertly curated pop-up of vintage designer fashion, just in time for any last-minute outfit additions. Touching on the partnership, fashion stylist and presenter Fleur Egan stated, “fashion should be about fearless self-expression, not fleeting trends. Espolòn Tequila and Second Life Markets are joining forces to challenge the status quo, celebrating authenticity, personal style, and the bold choices that set people apart.”

Few things rival the joy of a good dose of people-watching, particularly when it doubles as sartorial inspiration. Seeing how other people style themselves for a day out in the wild (especially when it’s not through a phone screen) is as refreshing as it is energising.
