In summer, the staff are often sporting fun festival looks, vintage sunglasses and colourful co-ords. Come winter, they’re layering, playing with texture and wearing their best winter footwear on repeat. Eager for some inspiration, we asked the team to share their favourite outfit of late and how they approach seasonal dressing.

Winter doesn’t have to mean dull and boring colours. I’m all about bringing colour into the colder months (which I honestly despise), it instantly lifts your mood and makes layering way more fun. Right now I’m obsessed with this wool-blend Arthur Apparel balaclava and this Camila Maldonado screen-printed long sleeve. They’re super warm, fun and my all-time favourite colours.

For me, it’s always about the cut and fabric of a piece. A good wool skirt is such a winter staple when it’s done right, and I’ve been rewearing this deadstock pixie hem skirt since I picked it up last year. Add a sleek knee-high boot and suddenly the whole outfit feels a bit more elevated, polished and sexy without trying too hard.

I’m really drawn to the little details in clothes – textures, trims and unexpected finishes are what make an outfit feel special. I basically live in boots, especially in winter, and these Amiss fur boots are the perfect mix of fun and practicality. I love pairing them with an interesting skirt so the texture can really stand out. And honestly, no outfit ever feels complete for me without heaps of jewellery layered on too.

Baggy jeans (strictly low rise!) are basically part of my personality at this point. I love throwing them on with an interesting vintage kitten heel to make everything feel a bit more dressed up, or keeping it casual with a ballet flat and a big jacket. Winter for me is all about layering. I mix basics with different textures, so even a simple outfit still feels fun and put together.
