Modern Renaissance

You may have seen an influx of celebrities posting their Renaissance doppelgangers over the past few days.

It’s all thanks to the Google Arts and Culture app, which is kind of like a face swap, but with a little more #culture.

If you were wondering how it works, a ‘Museum’ feature on the app prompts users to take a quick selfie.

Once it’s received your snap, the app scans its database of artworks and matches you up side-by-side to your painted lookalike.

Voila.

We look so sad. Probably because our husbands just asked us to give them a foot massage.

In even greater news, the app is finally available in Australia.

Simply search and download from the App Store without spending a cent.
